Built and overseen clinical programs ranging from individual outpatient therapy to high-acuity dual-diagnosis treatment
Led multidisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, tech staff, and clinical supervisors
Developed evidence-informed clinical pathways that reduce AMAs, strengthen progression of care, and improve family engagement
Created policies and documentation standards that protect organizations during audits, accreditation, and compliance reviews

His leadership blends compassion with process discipline, ensuring that every dollar earned is collected cleanly, compliantly, and predictably.

Across his career, Chuck has:
Led front-to-back behavioral health RCM operations including intake, benefit verification, authorizations, billing, and collections
Recovered millions in lost revenue for behavioral health providers through system rebuilds, denial reduction, and payer negotiation
Built verification and authorization departments from the ground up, implementing workflows that improve accuracy and reduce patient delays
Strengthened clean claims rates by refining documentation, coding accuracy, and provider workflows
Implemented data-driven RCM reporting that improves forecasting, cash flow visibility, and leadership decision-making
Negotiated with commercial payers to improve reimbursement, resolve authorization mismatches, and correct systemic underpayments
